For questions about this license, contact meetsimpler@gmail.com. Subject to the Terms and valid access entitlement, you receive a limited, non-exclusive license to install and use MeetSimpler beta v0.1 on your Windows devices, including for lawful work use. The beta license has no software subscription fee while the beta remains free. No source-code ownership or trademark rights are transferred.
Access and restrictions
The app requires online account activation and server-signed permits valid for up to seven days. You may make backup copies. You may not resell, sublicense, misrepresent the software, remove ownership notices or bypass entitlement checks, except to the extent applicable law permits these acts. Reverse engineering restrictions do not override mandatory interoperability or other statutory rights. No current two-device cap is imposed by this license; future limits require advance disclosure.
Content, models and dependencies
You retain your meeting content. Dependencies and downloaded speech/AI models are licensed by their authors; their licenses govern those components and override inconsistent restrictions in this document. Review model-specific terms before commercial use. Third-party notices must accompany the distribution. This license does not license proprietary third-party APIs or waive their fees.
Updates and beta termination
Updates may be offered separately. The free beta may end under the Terms. Existing offline permits expire on their signed expiration date. Future paid plans require separate agreement and do not create retrospective charges.
Warranty, liability and termination
The Terms' beta quality, liability and mandatory consumer-rights clauses apply. The license may terminate on serious breach subject to applicable rights; stop using the software, but your content remains yours. Uninstalling is separate from account deletion. The Terms' changes and disputes provisions apply.
